Terry is a highly accomplished security cleared professional with a strong international procurement (ILS) and engineering logistics background within Defence and Commercial industries. His extensive knowledge of leading and driving change through technology has allowed him to lead teams to develop and implement dynamic systems, which have been valued by internal and external supplier management and technical stakeholders.

Applying international best practice standards to achieve cost, quality and time project targets, across all aspects of procurement and engineering logistics, he has been highly successful in driving continuous improvement whilst delivering above customer expectations.

the Ship Shape Program is Terry’s Brainchild.

Terry is also the Director of Ex Military Direct, 3Elements Coffee and part of EDit (Ex-Defence Integration Team), Veteran-owned initiative companies set up to support Defence Force Personnel, Veterans and their families with transitioning and integrating into the commercial workplace.

3 Elements Coffee donates a percentage of every bag of coffee beans to EDit and other Defence charities to support the cause.

Terry works with industry and organisations who share our mission in securing employment of highly skilled people into the commercial workforce. Our talent pool is not limited to one industry and if a business requires a certain qualification, we help Veterans meet the required prerequisites by working with our Registered Training Partners.

Transfield Telecommunications (Optus/Onetel Telco Rollout) 2001

Accountable for the delivery of both Optus and Onetel mobile phone networks throughout Queensland Australia. Set up of the business framework, Warehousing staff and logistics, Technical Teams and subcontractors. As Customer Service Manager Terry was responsible for the implementation of safety standards and quality assurance, as well as meeting high customer service expectations.
